Bernard P. Wess, Jr., President ¾ Bernie Wess has more than 30 years of experience in business development, information systems, statistics, commercial product development, healthcare and clinical medicine. He has acted as chief architect and/or project manager for numerous clinical, financial, decision support, and insurance-related information systems for companies including Lotus Development Corporation, EDS, various Blue Cross/Blue Shields, Tufts Health Plans, ACS Healthcare, Wellpoint Health Networks, The Procter and Gamble Company and The Ford Motor Company. He was the Founder of InfoMedtrics, Information Architects, Perseid Software and Co-founder of Mentor Communications. He has a Master degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Maryland and completed his Computer Science training at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory He has earned both a Certification in Data Processing and a Certification as a Systems Professional.

Mr. Wess holds a United States patent in healthcare, clinical data repository systems and CRM data using relational databases and is an Advisor to the Editorial Board of Bio-IT World.
